Online Interior Design Company Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ask Plan Build (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online interior design services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Our Services include professional interior design consultations and recommendations delivered exclusively through video chat and email. We offer initial consultations, design proposals, layout reviews and up to two revisions per project.

3. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their design needs, preferences, and the spaces to be designed.
Communication: Clients are responsible for timely communication with the Company, including responding to emails and participating in scheduled video chats.
Payment: Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as described in the project proposal or invoice.
Contractor Approval: Clients bear the responsibility for obtaining any necessary approvals from contractors or other relevant parties to implement the design recommendations.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Fees for our Services will be detailed in the project proposal or invoice. Payment is required in full before the commencement of Services.
Non-Payment: If a client fails to make payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services until payment is received.
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our Services, refunds are not provided once Services have commenced.

5. Revisions

Limit on Revisions: Each project includes up to two revisions. Additional revisions beyond the two provided will incur additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Revision Requests: Clients must clearly outline the changes they desire during the revision process.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service Provision: The Company will use its best efforts to deliver high-quality design recommendations. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our Services.
Client Actions: The Company is not responsible for any actions taken by the client based on our design recommendations, including any purchases or modifications to the client’s property.
Force Majeure: The Company will not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our Services, including any actions taken based on our recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All design concepts, recommendations, and materials provided by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company.
Use: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design recommendations solely for personal or commercial use in the specified project.

9. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by the client. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any proprietary information or design concepts provided by the Company.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the provision of Services with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all Services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/USA??? without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and the Company regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
