Do you offer construction stamp?
No, we do not offer construction stamps, as each country has different requirements. We can provide you with the basic drawing, with dimensions, and you will have to get it stamped/issued.
What if I don’t have a floor plan?
You can ask your real estate agent to give you the floor plan, or you can hand sketch it and send it to us. If you would like us to design an empty floor plan, then we would encourage you to choose the empty space plan option.
How do you offer 3D’s?
There will be a brief from you of how do you want your space to look like with our inputs so 3D’s will be made accordingly and will be shared to you
How do you do MEP without building codes
We will use standard codes and dimensions
Do you supervise construction?
No, we do not offer any such service
What if I’m in a rush? Is there a way to expedite the planning process?
Yes, at an extra cost. In regards to an expedited service, contact us via email or let us know in the brief.
Do you provide any specialty services?
Yes, we can offer you 3D services as well as MEP layouts based on your floor plan
Can I call you personally on your phone number?
No, all communication will be through email and scheduled video calls.
What information do I need to give you?
You would need to provide us your floor plan with dimensions for Empty space planning, or a pdf/Autocad plan for Layout reviewing. If you opt for other add on services, you would also need to provide us with the height of space.
Can I get a second opinion from you, even though I have an architect / designer?
Yes, you can get a second opinion from us with comments on your plan. You can give a brief of what you expect in the plan or we can give you our opinion on it. You would like to chose the Layout review option for this
