Service- Virtual Extra Large Space Planning
(for 2000-3000 SQ.FT.)
Phase One: Ask
- Sign-up and Payment: Complete the sign-up process and payment
- Submit Materials: Provide up with plans, surveys, photos, sketches, etc. of your space (required)
- Client Questionnaire: Fill out the client questionnaire brief sent by us
Phase Two: Plan
- Live Session 1: A 45-minute live working session with Shreya & Caroline to review your brief, understand your vision, and start on your design.
- First Draft: Receive the first draft of the complete 2D plans
- Live Session 2: Another 45-minute live session to review the first draft and address any concerns, changes, or additions.
Phase Three: Build
- Finalized Plans: You’ll receive a final PDF and/or AutoCAD file and a written conceptual plan
Note:
- This service does not include 3D visuals or furniture planning.
- You can add any services from our “Add Ons” at any time.
- Timeline: The current timeline for this service is 6-8 weeks (may vary depending on the scale and if additional services are added)
